Ceramic tiles and laminates are subject to natural variations in color, texture, and shade. While we strive for accuracy in our digital catalog, we recommend visiting our Experience Centres to touch and feel the actual samples before final purchase.

Delivery timelines provided at the time of order are estimates. Bharat Ceramics is not liable for delays caused by third-party transport or unforeseen logistics issues. Customers are requested to inspect the material for breakage upon arrival.

Orders once processed for custom requirements cannot be cancelled. Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or wrong item delivery, provided the material is in its original packaging and unused.
