We strive for a seamless experience. Please review our policy regarding returns, exchanges, and order cancellations.
Breakage Inspection
Please inspect all materials at the time of delivery. If any tiles are found damaged, inform the driver immediately. We cannot accept liability for breakage once the boxes are moved from the delivery spot or opened later.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges are not applicable for custom orders, chemical adhesives, or discontinued tile batches. We recommend calculating your requirements carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Return Criteria
Only completely sealed boxes in their original packaging will be considered for return. To maintain quality standards, we do not accept loose tiles, used materials, or opened boxes.
Logistics & Shipping
The cost of transporting material back to our experience centers for exchange or return must be borne by the customer, except in cases where a manufacturing defect is verified by our team.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once the material has been dispatched from our warehouse. For cancellations made prior to dispatch, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
