Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is confirmed, we prepare your materials for dispatch within 24-48 hours. Please note that custom or bespoke orders may require additional processing time for precision and quality.

Before loading, our specialized team conducts a thorough inspection of all boxes to ensure you receive the correct batch, shade, and premium quality material without any manufacturing defects.

We provide 24-hour delivery within Udaipur city limits. For orders outside Udaipur, delivery timelines vary based on the specific distance and location across Rajasthan.

Delivery vehicles will travel as far as road accessibility permits. Unloading is provided at the main gate of the site. Transporting material to upper floors or inside the building is not included.

A fixed delivery charge applies within Udaipur. For outstation orders, shipping costs are calculated based on total order weight and distance, finalized at our Experience Centre.

Ceramics are fragile. While we ensure secure packaging, we recommend reporting any major transit damage immediately upon delivery. Minor transit risks (2-3%) should be considered.
